Thank you for writing to us. Please
follow the below steps and check on the issue.
Make sure that there is no postgres
service running.
Navigate to <Netflow_Home>\bin
Execute the command initpgsql.sh
Start Netflow Analyzer and check on the issue.
If the issue persist please let us know
if this is a new install of the product or not.
